All things are good but blankets were torn and curtains are smaller than the length of hearth.

Best best best service & staff driver best manager best

The time given in redbus to reach mumbai is 5.30 but the bus reached at 8 AM . And it has started late also. The bedsheet were torned and strong cheap perfume was used in place of airfresner. Tj total jorney time was much more then reported on redbus

not punctual at all!! promised at 4:45 and reached at 8:30

Driver doesn't slow on speed breakers. Was terrible on the last seat. AC poor. Overall OK.

This was my worst experience of bus travelling i ever had. No messages received confirming schedule and bus number, bus got changed from dolphin to sagar and also was not informed, ac was no ok, bus got break down for more than 5 hours in night, and last but not the least that bus staff were not ready to drop on my stop, which i not accepted.

Bus driver was very arrogant, I was in pressure before Kalyan. when I asked to stop somewhere they said that bus will stop at Kalyan there you can fresh, but while reach at Kalyan again bus driver arrogantly told that we will stop ahead. when I have requested again then they stop on very bad place on open road and without water. Finally I have tolerated myself and waited till I reached at Jogeshwari. I was so frustated that I was about to do a police complaint against this. This time was very bad in my life, while paying for AC sleeper then why there is no customer service?

the temperature was too cold and the ac control vents did not work. The attendant used some cloth rolls to block and control (sic) the air vents.
