    1. mobile number is not working which i got from redbus confirmation message of Orange travels. 2. given land mark as "eenadu office" as boarding point to me at armoor. This is the drawback. No one knows where is the "eenadu office", even auto drivers don't know where it is. 3. Office also closed in the morning at 7:30 am in armoor, no phone numbers are working they are not lifting my call, which i seen at the office board. I survived by the driver's phone call 10 minutes before boarding . I suggest to make boarding point as "mamidipally chowrasta" at armoor, even 3 years child can say where it is. Note : And passengers can save their money with the auto fares, sharing autos are more to mamidipally chowrasta from Inside Armoor.

The trip was very bad. I was travelling with my 1 year old baby and the experience was very bad. The pickup boarding point was mentioned wrong in the message that i received which led a argument with the driver over call. As i was waiting in the wrong boarding point the driver refused to wait and was leaving to from the place. The contact information that was given was unanswered when called. finally chased to reach the boarding point and took the bus.
