    bus didn't follow scheduled timing. It was scheduled to reach Bangalore by 8 30 but reached at 12


    They didnt drop at the proper location. Instead of silk board they dropped at Anand Rao circle


    It was wrost than normal bus,bed sheets were not at all was horrible experience..I will never take seabird from now on


    They don't have proper timing sense.. They are taking their own time to reach destination... I am not much happy with this service.. Try to improve the quality..


    They asked me to board the bus from gokarna where in the booking was from Ankola. They made me wait on the highway for 30 mins in the night(8 to 8.45 pm) to board the bus. My seat no. Was 7. Der was another passenger with same seat no.7


    They changed the route at Jalahalli cross. Went to Mysore road instead of Majestic. They lied saying the road is blocked but no other bus took this route. The driver had to drop one of his friends at Nayandahalli so he took that route

    The condition of the bus was good with comfortable seats and neat and clean interiors but the driver was racing the bus all throughout the way which made the ride very uncomfortable. Also the bus took just one stop and that too was barely for 5 minutes.


    Bit rough driving. Stopped at mavingundi for food but poor quality of food was available.


    I was supposed to board the bus at 11 pm from Ankola on 3rd of January 2016. However i called the no. given in the message so ask if the bus is on time so they informed that the bus shall be late by around half an hour. So i was fine but to my luck the bus came only at 1.30 am on 4th January 2016 and they kept on asking me to come here and there. Being a Lady traveller i was reluctant to go furter as i was not sure about their words ad they were just lying since 10.30 pm. Further when my bus arrived it was Siddaganga travels and not Manish travels ( My booking was for AC Volve - Manish Travels) . AC was not working, being a Closed bus was very difficult to breathe too . Later he asks me to sit beside a Male Traveller which i was reluctant to sit beside a male. So they made some adjustment and i could travel. Later after an hours time all of us travelling in the bus could sense that the drier was sleep and he was to bump on the other vehicle so we asked him to stop the vehicle. So we stopped the vehicle and again started after a cup of coffee or tea. Then we reached hubli and we see the driver asking each person on the road saying Bangalore Bangalore and taking in new passengers. This went on upto we reached Tumkur. We pay high during this season and trust Red bus or operating and suggesting gud buses but this is my second experience and hence regret booking through REd bus and would further book it through and agent as we get a better response than the red bus call centre. When we call red bus they says its the operators mistake and not ours. So What does it mean , is that we should stop using red bus. I hope to see some improvement on quality of buses registered in REd bus and also i need some feedback on this travel of mine. Earlier to this travel , same experience where the bus was cancelled and i had to postpone my travel. Anticipating to see some good action else i will be going to social media for what ever happened.


    It was one of the worst journey which i ever experienced in my life ..staff where new to the job, very rash driving they where drunk ..we reached bangalore by 9.15 where in we need to be there by 7 this was not expected by VRL Travels as they have good reputation in the society but this time it turned out to be very bad.


    I Paid 3400 for this travel and feel very cheated. The bus was very bad. Even though it was Volvo sleeper the height was very less and very small seats. I paid 1300 for Sleeper and that one was very good. Now I have to think twice before doing booking in RedBus and SRS


    First of while booking you guys used Neeta but the bus had no where name "neeta" on it. The bus wwad siddhaganga. Bus was late and it becomes very difficult to confirm with local for bus top stating the name neeta why you guys do this cheap tactics of charging high on other goodwill


    Water is leaking very much, bus staff also not cooperative. Overall very bad bus

    Worst experience. the bus was 3 hours late about which I wasn't informed. about the bus condition, there isn't even a pillow.. and the blankets were stinking. Never ever travelling by sea bird again.


    The SRS bus was clean and good. But they did not make an overnight stop for ladies to use the restroom inspite of requesting driver to do so. While they stopped along the road multiple times for men.

    The bus departure was at 9:00pm as per Redbud but on enquiring found out that Redbud has not updated the revised bus timing of Seabird. The bus arrived at 10:00pm. There was no luggage carrier inside the bus all passenger's had put the luggage inside the bus & due to which it was difficult to walk. The bedsheets in the bus was also not arranged & full of dust. Overall a very bad experience.


    Had booked a Volvo a/c sleeper so that I can travel peacefully. First of all, the bus arrived late by an hour in Ankola(pickup point). Secondly, the A/C duct was leaking on my seat (7U), due to which I was unable to sleep. When I informed the bus staff, about it, they said they are aware of this and have informed their seniors. However, since it is peak season, the required maintenance is not done in a timely manner and the bus staff has to run the bus in the same condition. Even the blankets that were provided was wet and the bus staff did not additional blankets for replacement. Horrible experience.


    journey was a nightmare. dirty recycled bedsheets, bed bugs and irritable staff. added to this they made us to get down 25 kms before Bangalore saying road is blocked. they planned to go buy NICE road .then we paid 400 rupees to the auto to reach home via yeshwantapur. but road was not jammed. down down sea bird. I wont travel in this bus.


    journey was good but I faced problem in booking ticket this is 3rd time when I booked the ticket it got cancelled and u ppl will say u will refund in 4 working days but its almost one week passed I didn't get my money back plz try to provide gud server so that this delay should not happen the ppl who don't have extra money they face problem here so this is request from the passengers do not cancel any tickets.




    Bus came 1 hour late. The staff at the boarding point informed us that bus time is 11PM rather than 10.30PM


    One the bus was late - Waited at the local office where bus was supposed to come - at the last moment I was told that Bus cannot enter due to blockage hence I need to reach where bus is standing - Though the local person at Ankola Seabird office was quite helpful throughout the wait - but bus in charge didn't even bother to give an explanation when asked Seat given had been used by someone earlier as the bed sheet looked soiled.


    The bus crew used abusive slang and the driving was very rash. they disturbed all the passengers till late night!


    I reached bangalore (Navarang)at 9 o'clk.. which is very very late.


    They promised to reach 5.30 AM to Bangalore. But reached at 8.00AM. That means 2.5 hours delay on the committed time.


    SEABIRD "Simply Rocks" What a service, time sense punctuality. Overall The Best Travels.

    What is this? There is no synchronizing you and bus operators. Bus quality every thing is good except SEAT MATRIX .your website showing e: g X seat in window side but in bus it is showing non window has traveled 22nd from Ankola to Bangalore; my seat number was U3-UB .this seat in your website showing window side but in bus this is non window. What is this there is synchronize you and bus operators. Before traveled I called red bus they told it was window side. See how you people are giving service to public .hopeless site. I think you are not upgrading properly with new seat matrix of any bus operator. This is cheating to publics. This is 3rd time happening in May 2014 itself. One more thing boarding point is showing one place in your website but driver is told that boarding point is not there.


    They kept the window open & seats were wet becuase of which we could not sleep



    Please block this Bus in redbus,We booked ticket from Ankola to bangalore.Bus never came to ankola, instead we have to travel to kumata(35 KMs from ankola) to catch this.Staff never informed us about this. Bus which they provided was Dakota bus.May be at least 25 year old bus .



    There were shortage of blankets and was provided a used one during the dinner break. If you are in the last row, its advicable to carry the blanket :)
