This was the worst experience. First the travel company had changed the office. When we reached there they informed us that the ticket that I've booked, bus, is not being managed by us. Moreover they didn't provide any contact detail or the contact person name who manages the booking for the bus that I booked. I had to roam for around 2 hours to find out that office from no where.
I'd really appreciate if you can talk to the travel company and ensure that they share their appropriate address to avoid such instances.
