Don't prefer this bus, because: 1. Always late 2. Longest route 3. The worst part is they used to play movies in late night very loudly that you wont be able to sleep.

Bus arrived at 11:15p.m at Ankamaly that means exactly one 1hr late than the estimated arrival. Good quality bus seating and good behaviour from staffs.

Bus was more than 45 minutes late. Staff were good.

Pros:- - Gud bus quality - Timely arrival - Clean and neat Cons:- X No Stand for hand baggages X No information regarding reaching dropping points and we come to know after crossing the same if we are not vigil Improvements suggested:- - Implementation of tracking system instead of unused TV - Baggage holders - Automated voice information system regarding the dropping point arrival

Bus 35 minutes late; reached Angamaly at 10.50 pm. 2 contact numbers given; no one picked up the phones despite repeated calls. Angamaly boarding details given on sms as 'near Modern Travels', "SPS travels, near bus stand". Did not specify whether KSRTC or Pvt Bus stand. Modern Travels was a dark board over a closed shop 2 furlongs away from the KSRTC bus stand, and no shelter in the rain. There was no SPS Travels board anywhere. But the staff were well behaved and the journey was comfortable.
