I am not satisfied with the service I got.
There are number of reasons for the same.
(1) Bus came late 2 hours late and I have to wait for it without any updates on the highway.
(2) After the bus was late , I booked my ticket for seat number 20 and 21 , as we are two people traveling together.
But, they allocated that seats to anybody else from surat, and force use to seat at two separate seats and one of them is in the last line, which was not pushing back as well.
(3) And staff of that bus behaves like an illiterate people and have no good response and behave like , If I will not come to his bus, I does not care any more.
Of course, I paid him in advance through red bus, why he should behave good with me. Is am I fool ???
I do not know, how will you react in this or may you have any control on your travel agents or not ,
but now onwards I decided to not book my tickets on red bus as I have to go through this kind of problem after paying lot of many to you well in advance.
(4) I wanted to write the same feedback on the same day on your website but I was not able to find the link for the feedback visible easily. So, Please make it for user friendly If you requited more customers online.
In this feedback, I do not know, how will you respond me, but do at least something, so other persons will not suffer like this.
