The Bus people kept their phone switched off. In the very late night from 11.30pm to next day 1.30am we had to wait for the bus on the expressway. Which is purely not a good experience.anyway, i had to comeback home the next day, so, i did not cancel the ticket. but, next time the preference are reduced a lot. Even the redbus customer care staff were also have a very negative markings. Very poor responce from both Travels and the redbus.
