Bus was multiaxel volvo sleeper but no comfort as volvo bus.
The important thing is to take passengers on time and leave on time. The bus was quite late and reached at 11 am in the morning at Pune while it would have been reached by 7 am... I could not attend the meeting which was very important for me.. Timing must be maintained, i.e. why I travel by your buses or train is the best option....
Bus reached Amravati 1 hr late. To cover this delay, driver drove too fast during late night. Additionally, Buss suspension was very bad, which gave me a bumpy ride throughout journey and I had a sleepless journey. Though bus reached Pune on schedule, the journey was not comfortable even after booking front seat.
