Not good a/c not working
I would suggest not to travel with this agent ever. the staff was very bad. I asked them to stop somewhere so that we could see wash room, they started arguing how many times you will go and that to very abusive words. Also bus is ridiculous, AC bus of which window was opening while breaking. They drive very poorly, never bothered of breaking when speed breaker comes. In short go for better travel agencies Prasanna, Sanjay, Khurana, Saini. At least their staff should be taught that customer is what whom they want to serve. they make us travel means they are not doing favor on us we pay for it. When the bus driver started abusing me a good person came in between and said dont argue with these stupid. My demand was easy and simple just to go washroom. They also did not provide blankets separately on double berths just said "ek hi milata hai"....
All were good. But the seats are too small. Its very tough to fit properly for a person with average height.
overall the trip was fine.
