No punctual maintained. 2 hrs late to reach Bangalore. very very bad service. Wasting time more on luggage transfer. I booked online so they are not ready to pickup on my place which is on the way instead they are going on different way.

Bus met with a accident, they could have arranged for an alternate immediately. But they arranged for it after 3 hours. Even for the alternate they payed for only half the amount. we had to pay the remaining fare for ticket.

Date of journey - 7 June,2014. Travels - SRS (Non-AC sleeper). The bus arrived in Bangalore(silk board) at around 10:10am, almost 4 HOURS off its scheduled arrival of 6:15am. They stopped in several places to load and unload stuff atop the bus. In Hosur, the bus was halted for around 45 minutes to unload huge tractor tyres from atop the bus. The drivers were polite but the additional non-driver staff was irritable and all kept dodging queries about the right time of arrival of the bus. The non-AC sleeper bus was in decent condition. However on this particular trip it seemed that SRS travels prioritzed goods over passengers with scant regard for passenger time. Double thumbs down. VJ (yajiv.web@gmail.com)
