Bus was arrived ambala before 1 hour from actual time of arrival as per the ticket & schedule. I havent got my reserved seat. they gv me another seat which is in third last row. The Restaurants where passengers need to refresh are very bad & costly. Not a single passenger of bus were not satisfied. Poor tie up. I request to royal travells please soet out all such issues. N make the trip happy & peaceful n comfortable.

It would be nice if the bus operator informs the passenger about bus no. and share updates about its location instead of the passenger calling several times and getting the details. Water bottles should be given to the passengers and the staff should be polite and courteous.
Worst experience. Agency switches off their phone - Driver says, take the last row seat or I will throw out your luggage in the middle of the road - despite booking seats in the middle of the bus two months in advance. I wish I had the time to file a Police Complaint against this agency.
