This was my first booking with Red Bus and it was terrible.
My booking was for 6.30am on 6th April Morning and i got call on 11th hour (10.30pm 5th April) that this route has been cancelled.
Then i called Redbus customer care and the executive replied that i will get a call within half an hour with a back-up plan. However, nobody bothered to call me again.
Although i was holding a booking with so called Executive Luxury service, still i was struglling to reach New Delhi.
Even, i was late on meeting from the scheduled time which was again a big embarrassment.
There is no ZERO on above rating, so for the compliance i'm giving 1.
