First of all the bus was 3 hours late. Apparently, the bus was late from the starting point.In that case the authority could have informed the passengers which they did not do. Apart from the above torture early in the morning,the passengers were informed about the change in boarding point after arriving at the boarding point as per ticket. The delay also affected my work on next day as I could not reach my destination on time.
Moreover, the blanket provided was stinking and behavior of the facilitators were not appropriate.The above mentioned causes in fact disturbed my sleep and comfort during the journey.
I have never had such a troublesome journey anytime.
