The most painful experience in my life I had in my life by booking the ticket through online. A1 travels 11.45pm I have booked and reported at the busstop at 11.30 pm itself, I checked with other A1 buses stopped at that stop, but they refued to travel in that bus and they told our bus is delayed and will come behind them(they told one ble bus). Finally around 12.45 I saw one blue A1 bus passing through the near by road(not through the normal route) at very high speed without stopping. Then I struggled for other arrangements and at that time only the auto drivers conveyed this is not one incident, this is a shock treatment by local booking agent and bus operator to avoid online booking by passenger. The same day one more passenger was with me(seat no.22, my seat no. was 15). Hope somebody will take necessary action and do the needful to return my money.
