Useless service by Redbus.
Surprisingly Redbus executives are not having the contact no of the travels for which they are taking the booking.
More over to divert this, i was given all invalid nos not once but twice.
I was kept on hold for more than 15 minutes without any answer. Naveen is useless in providing the service and his superior is worse than him as they were not even ready to get connected.
My rating for Redbus is 0. If allowed i would love to give minus 5 rating.
