We are booked ticket from Akkalkot to Mumbai. From Akkalkot only 4 peoples are in bus. Bus driver not started AC, when we requested to start AC he said that AC will be ON at Solapur. We are travelling with our small kid (6 month) & she crying continuously due to sweating. Another incident was happen that driver turn OFF the personnel cabin lights. When I request to switch ON the lights of individual cabins then he replies that other peoples not require the lights. As in every cabin switch provided to ON - OFF lights. As mentioned above we are traveling with our small kid she require light (she was crying in darkness). Once again fight with for light. I request you that not take only review, please take some require action. As mentioned we are paying for it and require some comfort. Travel used: Siddhanath Travels

Bus started 1hour before given time informing me 10 mins prior to departure. Reached Mumbai 4hrs late. Most horrible experience. Have decided never to travel through Red Bus & ISRTC again
