i had the worst experience ever and feel like it was a mistake to make my booking s using redbus... There were no clear directions on where is the pick up location. The staff was rude and to make it worse the bus was 3.5 hrs late. They moved us in a rickshaw from one pick up point to another with was hardly comfortable. I wouldnt pay this high price for this level of service I recieved from your end. Highly unsatisfied! Wont recommend to anyone. Regards Tapan patel Tapsp74@gmail.com
