The journey started an hour late. The driver was driving in a very rough manner. I understand he was driving fast but the way he was pressing brakes or turning the vehicle without reducing the speed led to many of us feeling headache. Moreover when some of the passengers vomitted the driver reacted angrily as if someone have committed a crime. The driver raised his voice and was extremely unprofessional. Redbus was an obvious choice but the level of service on this trip stooped very low due to the attitude of bus staff. feeling
can be little bit punctual or else all things are good about this bus .
They have no sense of being punctual. Started late. Driver was good and an amiable person. He managed even when the bus had some mechanical problem. He got it repaired in time. The other staff in the bus was a little rustic in behaviour.
ammm.. overall service was fine.. I booked bus for 10.30 but it picked me at 11.20 from the boarding point ...
