More than poor bus quality, it was an issue of poor bus services and malpractices followed by the operator.
The bus was full sleeper on which I had booked sit no. S6 (Last sit on single row_lower). On chart, it showed 3 sits only on last line. (2 doubles + 1 single). However,on boarding the bus , I found that they had arranged an additional sit in between making 4 sits on last row.After departure of the bus, conductor used to collect casual passengers from the road and alloted them this extra created sits. So eventhough, I had booked single sit, I was made to sleep in double sit. I also complained about this to the conductor but he refused to consider it. Also, in such a design ( 4 sits on last row, it was very difficult to get into my booked sit (corner sit - single). Often, I was getting hit on head due to such design.
It was not limited to this only, the conductor was collecting extra passengers from the road also and we found some passengers sleeping on the common passing area. So , the bus was more like a " Shuttle" even worse than S.T. bus.
The bus was already late by about thirty minutes still they were wasting time after such things.
I should get full refund of money for such malpractices followed by the operator.
