        Everything was good but there was no provision for charging phone and single seat is narrow


        If we pay payment at least they should have to use good bus no charger system on etc


        Blankets not provided. Didn't expect it from Prasanna travels.


        Bus was good. staff was good and so was punctuality. but the halt for dinner i.e. galaxy dhaba was 3rd class. bad hygine


        Bus is punctual as well as well communicating staff...


        Bus quality was good but staff is not started the even TV for kids its rally bad after expense too much money


        Started one hour late. Bus stopped at restaurants which served expensive food and toilets were not clean


        It was very clean bus with comfortable sleepers.Staff was courteous.
