    1. we book 2 sleeper seats but when we reach someone was sitting there eating snacks and seats were dirty with snack bag

    our arrival time to stand was 11.30 and bus departure time was 12:00 but bus was actually departed at 1:oo AM and we have to stand at stand for 1:hr cause bus was late...and there was no any sitting arrengment at stand
