    As my father and mother travelling to this bus operator new patel travels actually onbording time 10:15PM.but bus operator call us on 9:15pm and informe us that now bus ahead of schedule time and you have to reach before half hours any how.other wise they wuse bus operator left us.. So its really unprofessional behaviour and we have to arrange for private taxi urgently and pay 350rs extra to reach at boarding point ahead of time.. Bus operator revert upon our concer and say to accomplish fuels cost we depart ahead of time so that we can get more passenger from read and earn more money.. For bus operator service is not important at all...

    All Staff behave like Police and we are criminals if we have online tickets. whats the wrong matter if we have online booking.
