Worst ever travel experience. The bus was delayed by 3.5 hrs. After it left paldi at 12.30, the seats were all wet. One of the co-passenger registered a police complaint after which the travel operator was summoned and by the time the issue got sorted and seats were were replaced with seats from another bus it was 2.30am. So the bus left 5.30 hrs after scheduled time. There was no number plate or any trace of registration of the bus. In fact it was damaged badly from front. The driver wasn't cooperative either, he took detour from manor to some bylanes so that be could avoid being caught. The scheduled arrival time at kalyan was 4am, we reached around 2.30pm. He wasn't even ready to drop at the specified point. There were passengers for Pune as well who might have travelled for more than 20 hrs to reach their destination. As a regular traveller, this is the last time I am using redbus to book any bus. Because it is not just the travel agency but redbus is to be blamed equally for this major inconvenience. Unless 'Deep Travels' is delisted from your site, this post will be circulated and a similar complaint will be filed with consumer forum.
Prompt action is expected and revert on this email once action is taken. I have email ids of all the passengers and this feedback is a collective representation of all of them.
