On the day of Journey, only few hours before scheduled trip (of 8.30 PM Ahemdabad-Jodhpur), I received a shocking phone call from Bus operator that Bus was cancelled & he was refunding my amount. On my repeated requests/calls they adjusted me in another bus departing Ahmedabad at 6 PM (to Bikaner, going via Jodhpur By-pass & not entering Jdh city), leading to lot of inconvenience to me as it dropped me Outside Jodhpur city on Pali road at 3.30 AM early morning. No fresh ticket was issued & I was made to travel by earlier e-ticket only.
Very bad experience. There is no sense of purchasing ticket as they are occupying the bus like we are animals. There is no security and comfortableness even there was so much noice is there.
There is no correct seat number which shown on line. Number of passengers travelling on passage which disturbing during night time.
AC was either chilling too high or was off, many other passengers on-board by driver, cleaner in length of trial
