seats were dirty and sticky. very bad smell and all the transport luggage was inside bus. could not sleep at all. worst experience ever. I would suggest people not to travel in such bus.
Hi, I am very disappointed with the service, we have requested for a AC Volvo however normal AC bus was given to us. The bus was very bad, not clean at all. Driver / conductor was smoking in the bus, my 1st experience with red bus was not good at all. Also please clarify from where I can claim the balance amount I have paid for AC Volvo, from where I can claim form my refund
