The Bus was spectacularly clean an was very impressed with the overall quality of the cabins and appreciated the fresh sheets. The driver could have driven a bit less rash as most night I was up being tossed around. We were supposed to reach at 8 but reached 2 hours before. Felt it was a bit risky
Best service was given by red bus as well as by chartered bus. This is first time i like to travel further in future by bus.
The last seat booked for us was not of appropriate size and it eas not even mentioned at the time of booking. We were not able to sleep in sleeper due to small size of compartment. We found a double birth empty during whole journey but the diver and coduvmctor did not allowed us to switch seats.
the bus what I booked was changed and I was forced to travel in a different bus. The stop where the bus was suppose to stop was also changed. This was a very bad experience. I booked a bus with highest rate and how can the travel agent change it without informing me.
