I booked an a.c bus by paying more for traveling safer with my wife and daughter from ahmedabad to dwarika but this incidence broke all the trust I had with redbus. Initially I thought redbus team might be late to seek feedback, but even on calling and registering complaint on their customer care no. several times, there is no response. I think no body should place the complaint as the sleeping staff wouldn't bother for either of your complaint and sending an email to ask for feedback is just an automatic s.o.p procedure.
The bus I was traveling in was not the same as to pictures shown online and stuffing up of walk-in roadside travellers without any booking inside the bus looks very disastrous decision by redbus team. You can imagine 30- 40 passengers overstuffed laying passengers under your reserved birth/seat, pass by alley. My seat was last two seats single lower and single upper. My wife choose to travel on lower birth as she was travelling with small baby along with her. One of the guy who was travelling without reservation kept me vigilant for whole night as he was pretending to fall on the lower birth passenger again and again while in sleep. I asked the conductor "what is this?"Can you expect the answer " dikh nahi raha passenger hai, rs 800 mein hamara kuchh nahi bannta". I was stumbled upon as i had paid rs 1000, even then?
I called redbus customer care immediately thrice in an interval and registered my complaint but no reply till date. Why don't redbus team while taking bookings online also show that 30 to 40 passengers are also waiting to be boarded to travel on alley space and under the reserved birth/seat.
I owe full refund from redbus and also they must compensate me for the risk travelling facility they have provided.
I am fearful to travel again with redbus, as I can't risk my family's safety again.
