As usual VRL bus never starts on time and reach on time. Reading light were not working. They should stop for food at different place. Kamath is not good place food quality is not good and service is bad
The Staff was arrogant, we had to unnecessarily pay extra 200 Rs for a Carton that i was carrying with me they told it will be considered as a parcel else i will need to carry it in a bag, this is pathetic to say the least and there was no information regarding the same provided by redbus.
