Dear Red Bus Team, This is for your information that on 30 Apr i havent travel, instead of that from after noon of 30 Apr i tried to cancel the ticket but it was not cancel from your website and then i tried many time on your customer care phone but no one was picking up the call. I also called M/s Patel Tours & travel for cancel the ticket but ticket was not cancelled and they said that ticket will only cancel through RED BUS.later in evening i mail my query to email@example.com for this problem and on 01may15 i again called your customer care but it was unreachable and showing continuously busy. On 1may i again mail to support and care email id for refund of ticket as ticket was not cancelled neither any customer care picked up the call. please do the needful for refund the money. Hello This thing happens with me twice I have wasted my 1 hour during my journey due to bus front right side tyre burst , Operator not conscious about the routine maintenance of bus This is my worst experience I have lost my meeting with client Never travel in future with this operator.
