In my journey three are 8 ticket book by red bus online by choose seat no self but 2 seat (seat no 9-10) been given to some one else and 2 other seat provided to us and bus staff behaviour was vary bad and he is saying you have to sit where we have given to you else go by standing....and abuse our family member. I want 2 seat money back.....and strong complaint about bus staff and bus owner.
Normally bus should reach within 8 to 9 hours but it has took 12 hours. Unnecessary holts made my journey very boring. There was neither charging facility nor LCD
service is very bad. staff behavior is very bad.
