Very worst experience. I request red bus to not to encourage these kind of travels they have changed total bus from the original one appear while online booking .
Bus condition is very worst, no push back seat it is better to book sleeper, bus no also not mentioned on departure alert SMS. Bus depatured at 21:30 hrs and reached Jaipur at 02:30 hrs and waited for two hours and picked up local passenger to ajmeer froJaipur
It was one of the worst travels I have had. The bus was packed to the lid with some passengers sitting in the walk way of the bus. Clearly showing how the travel was over booked. To add to that we where asked to change the bus in the middle of night at 2. 30 am to a seater bus, when we had paid for sleeper. The staff forced us to get of the bus and change. Only after all the passengers actually had to protest then only we got back in the bus. It took us 3 hrs to get it resolved and had to stand on the road in the chhill.
This has been the most unprofessional behavior i have come across.
I would make sure that none of my family or friends or me for the matter of fact have to undergo this torture again.
It was a Pandith travels bus. Booked with red bus.
The bus started 30min late. Before that, i was waiting for bus at amar travel's office, where the employees were openly using abusive words for each other while talking, that too loudly (in a funny way).
