It is great to have such a website to book tickets online for buses. I was
trying to get a ticket at the last moment. Only redBus helped me in getting a
ticket. The key feature is that though some small operators don’t have an
online portal to book tickets, we are able to reach them through redBus.

That's really a wonderful innovation. I came to know about your site through "Dinamalar" newspaper. It's a useful site for all the people who work in metros and other cities. As you've mentioned in the "About Us" coloumn, I was also an individual who went on hunt for a ticket on this festival season. After a desperate search I got a ticket from Chennai to my native place for Rs.450/- for which on normal days they charge Rs.150 to 200. If I knew about this site, it may have saved my purse and precious time. Anyhow, herein I can make use of the services afforded by your site. Well done and keep it up.
