Its very good concept of booking bus ticket online, I got the number from a helpline at 2.00pm & by 3.30 I got my tickets booked by 3.00 for the bus at 9.00pm, when other bus service have no seats.

 I haven't booked any ticket from redbus, but the site looks great as if we are booking an air ticket. Great work Team!! Will definitely book tickets from the site from now on!

 Last week i visited hyderabad by booking ticket through RED BUS , it is really good service for booking tickets with multiple travels at one place.

  The website is good ., needs to add the few more destinations and travel services. Keep it Up.,

   Have been using REDBUS for travel bookings frequently from past 6 months or so... The service is good.. there are a few suggestions I would like to give...
1) It would be better if you can specify the Bus Stpo poins in the destination city too. Will be helpful in deciding the buses sometimes..
2) i ve seen in the FAQ that frequent users can register in REDBUS...
But i am not able to find any tabs for registration.. Thats all.... In all, you can add my name to the list of satisfied customers, if you have any(list, i mean). Good work... A good innovative facility... keep it up....

They all kept themseleves updated about customers, I did not have to begin the whole story again and again as in where to go and when. Initially they took my name with details and thats all.

  I have booked my tickets last night from redBus. The site was really good giving us a comfort to buy tickets. But from Chennai tickets are only avaliable to Bangalore. If other cities are facilitated, it would be better for us to go to Vijayawada and Vishakapatnam because I will be travelling a lot and I will not be having time even to got to the counter and purchase the tickets.

  Hi, I appreciate your services. I don't have any compliants. I can suggest some more pickup points in Bangalore. I am working in IBM and staying at Hebbal - Kempapuram. I booked a ticket to Hyderabad and the boarding point was at Anand Rao Circle. I log off from my office by 9:00 PM and it's very difficult for anyone to reach AR circle by 9:30 PM. If one more pickup point is arranged at Hebbal area then it would be fine. Would appreciate your action regarding this.

  Hi, redBus made my travel very simple. Earlier I used to go to travels office and check for availability and if the ticket is not available there, I had to search for other travels. Now it's all easy. I can do online for my place itself. I have one suggestion. I was able to book only onward ticket and was not able to book return ticket. If you provide that facility for all the cities, it would be very helpful.
