Step 1 - Registration

  • SMS "mchek" to 543219
  • You will be asked to create a 6-digit mChekPIN
  • You will be asked to share your credit card details on your mobile (This is secure. Even Airtel trusts mChek.)
  • Once this is done, you would have completed the registration process and can start transacting
      
   
 

Step 2 - Booking Process

  • SMS "mchek" to 543219
  • You will be asked to enter certain details related to your travel
  • You will be asked to enter your choice of bus type
  • You will be asked to select a particular bus service
  • You will be asked to select your preferred seat
  • You will be asked to enter passenger details
  • You will be asked to enter your 6-digit mChekPIN
  • You will receive a confirmation of your travel through SMS
  • You have to take a print out of your ticket which will be mailed to you and you‘re ready to travel
  
What is mChek?
mChek is a new payment system that enables you to make payments through your mobile phone. All you have to do is register your credit card details with them and you will be able to make payments for redBus tickets and your Airtel bills, among many other services, from your mobile phone.
